They had an amazing list of exhibitors which included Buehler, Krones, Tetra Pack, AZO, and many other Europe/USA companies, to well reputed Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and even locally manufactured machines. What was truly amazing is the range of machinery that all the exhibitors had on display. One of our main focuses this year is to offer our customised processing and packaging solutions for small to medium sized industries. Namely for snack foods and cosmetics. Also we were only the look out for trade partners to work with on our expansion in Sub-Saharan Africa. While Indonesia is still growing and there is a massive demand for machines here, the arena is very similar to that in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, etc. by seeing what is happening here we can get some insight into what we can expect for SS Africa in the coming 5-10 years.

Hi everyone. It has been a while since our last post. While we love to update our social media and keep our followers updated with new developments in our company and industry, the task sometimes falls on the back burner while we are engrossed in daily operations. We are thrilled to report however that we will be taking part in our first Indonesian Exhibition this September in Jakarta. Our company was originally founded in Jakarta so we are excited to be going back to our roots.
There is a lot more to share about the projects we have completed over the last year, now machinery we have launched, fresh label designs for our clients, and of course our expanding range of promotional products. Look out for more frequent posts on this blog and news about our companies expansions.
China is set to host the largest exhibition of this kind in Asia between the 29th of November - 2nd October 2011 in Shanghai. LABELEXPO is expected to attract over 16,000 visitors this year and will feature suppliers of raw material for manufacturing film, printers, and packaging machines. If this event is anything like previous exhibitions hosted in China, we can expect a very large range of suppliers not only from China but Internationally as well. China's local market is booming and international companies are scrambling to get their machinery into the Chinese plants. At PAE we are looking forward to meeting old partners at the exhibition and hopefully meeting new suppliers to work with.

There is lots of talk about the quality of Chinese machinery for the packaging industry so this year the local companies are pulling out all their punches to prove that they can manufacture high tech machinery for the plastics and rubber industry. Amongst the exhibitors will also be numerous suppliers of raw materials. It should be an interesting week in Shanghai.
