Firstly we set the line up to send bottles back to the feeding area because of the factory layout. We also incorporated a manual insertion point for the inner seal cap, which is then automatically pressed in place. This saves a substantial cost and allowed us to reduce the size of our filling machine. Our volumetric filler for this project has 4 filling nozzles, 2 cap placing heads, and 2 heads for capping.
